By accessing or using Furnea ("Service"), operated by Furniture Editor ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Furnea is an AI-powered furniture photography platform that provides:
- AI image generation and editing for furniture products
- Room visualization and staging tools
- Product photography enhancement
- Video generation capabilities
3. User Accounts
- You must be 18+ or have parental consent
- Provide accurate, complete information
- Maintain security of your account
- Notify us of unauthorized access
- Responsible for all account activity
4. Credits & Billing
Credit System
- Services require credits for processing
- Free tier: 10 credits upon signup
- Paid plans: Monthly or pay-as-you-go
- Credits expire after 12 months
Refund Policy
- Unused credits: Refundable within 14 days
- Used credits: Non-refundable
- Technical issues: Case-by-case evaluation
5. Acceptable Use
You may NOT:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Use for deceptive or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models
- Resell or redistribute generated content without permission
- Overload servers or use automated scraping
6. Content Rights
Your Content
- You retain ownership of uploaded images
- Grant us license to process and store
- Responsible for having necessary rights
Generated Content
- You own AI-generated content you create
- Subject to third-party AI model terms
- We may use anonymized data for improvement
7. AI Disclaimer
- AI-generated content may contain errors
- Not guaranteed for commercial accuracy
- You're responsible for reviewing and verifying
- We don't guarantee specific results
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Service provided "AS IS" without warranties
- Not liable for indirect, incidental damages
- Total liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months
- Some jurisdictions don't allow limitations
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Furnea and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate at any time
- We may suspend for Terms violations
- Upon termination, access ceases immediately
- Certain provisions survive termination
11. Changes to Terms
- We may modify Terms at any time
- Material changes: 30 days notice
- Continued use constitutes acceptance
12. Governing Law
- Governed by laws of Turkey
- Exclusive jurisdiction: Istanbul courts
- Disputes resolved through arbitration first
